Lean by Design
Aurora is run by a small, senior team. The people who design the product also sell it, support it and sit with the customers using it, so decisions get made quickly and nothing is lost between departments. On pre-seed capital and grants, that team has taken four decision engines from first design to release and into daily use with global CRO clients. We intend to keep it that way: every hire has to raise what the team can deliver, and capital goes into the product and the customers it serves, not overhead.
