What happens to my data?
Your data stays fully under your control. Aurora Analytica never shares your project data. We may access limited data types (not content) to improve user experience and resolve technical issues, but your actual project data is never accessed without your permission. You can request permanent deletion at any time.

Do you offer technical support?
Yes. We provide 24/7 support for technical issues and aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve issues within 24–48 hours. Contact us via the Aurora Suite, email, or your account manager.

How is storage managed?
Storage is shared across your team and tailored to your needs. It supports flexible usage and can be upgraded anytime if more space is required.

What are the subscription terms and costs?
Subscriptions are customized based on team size, storage needs, and duration. A 3-month trial is available, with standard plans in 6-month blocks. All updates and new modules released during your active subscription are included.
